I can't recieve my order, my turn of tutorial is finish. I wait for my order but after 3 weeks i have the same mail :

Hi Enno thank you for your attention. I could make the same remark concerning the IP address, because we were at work with my partner to validate our registration all together, and can begin as much as possible on the same island, now that it create a problem for validation each person must do so happens his home? I am not interested in allowing players access to the game who provide fake identities. I won't do anything about this.
