Zusammenfassung	0001483: Inconsistency in EN/DE rules about number of potions
Beschreibung	According to the english rules an alchemist can make (level of alchemy) / (level of potion) potions. According to the german rules an alchemist can make (level of alchemy) / (level of potion x 2) potions. I now know the first isn't correct ;)
