No bug. Fishing only works for ships that were in an ocean region at the beginning of the turn. Your ship moved from a plain into an ocean, so it was in a plain at the start of the turn. From the German rules: Fischerei sorgt dafür, dass bis zu zwei Insassen kein Silber zum Unterhalt benötigen, wenn das Boot am Anfang einer Woche auf einem Ozeanfeld stand (gilt nicht für Packeis o.ä.). |
