Check your local configuration. Given prior experience and the fact that about thousand people had no problems opening their turn it is highly probable that the problem is on your side.

I've tried winzip, winrar and opening the .zip file directly into magellan... none work :(

I'm not the only one with this problem, either. This turn at least one person on both the german and the english forum reported the same issue. Could you send me the .cr file and .nr file unzipped?

The zip file has been generated and send correctly. The problem seems to be related to hotmail. Try re-requesting your turn using another mail provider.

Resending turns manually in another format is not prossible.
